Anxiety and stress have a significant negative impact on both mental and physical health, so it is important to manage them effectively. I find that mindfullness techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy can be very helpful to clients in learning to manage anxiety and stress. I have also found that a professional therapist can help coach clients as they adjust their lifesyle in order to remove or reduce otherwise unavoidable sources of stress.
